Are We Ready To Give Back What We Have Snatched

Is this World War 3? Nature has waged a war against the human race. Well, why not? We - Humans, the supreme beings (or so we thought) stopped considering any other living species equivalent to us. We burnt their houses, captured their homes, shoved them away from their own habitat, killed them for fun and 'experientials'. All this, while not knowing that they may have the power to get back at us. It seems, now they have, all of them got together and sought help from the Mother Nature, against us. And guess what, she agreed to help them.

As a result, we humans are now pushed back to the confined gates of our houses, trapped within four walls, with our mouths shut beneath masks.

It is a war, and this time not amongst countries, or with terrorists, but the nature against us. But come on, do we ever learn. This is not the first, one of the scariest, but certainly not the first. We were given many hints earlier in the forms of floods, flu, epidemics, famine, earthquake, etc. But did we mend our ways?

No! We continued our comfortable way of living, putting other species to inconvenience and at risk. Now, look at what has happened! They are reclaiming their own lost space, again, that we snatched away from them.

Like every war, this will end too. With many casualties but this too will come to an end. Yes, after all this is over, we will still get a chance to decide, how much we have learned and are willing to implement.

So, will we be ready to co-exist - share the planet with other species, the rightful owners, as much as we are?  Are we ready to give back to them, what we have taken away?

You Hired Smart Talent. But Are You Training Them Right?

Every year, organizations hire bright interns and freshers from top institutes. They come in with promise, potential, and the right intent. But somewhere between onboarding and execution, something quietly breaks. Not because they lack capability. But because they’re not really trained, properly. In many workplaces, especially in fast-paced functions like communications, freshers are given tasks, targets, and timelines, but not the depth required to execute them well. Take something as simple as media outreach.

From ‘ASL Pls’ To Emoji’s

I don’t get tired; no really, I do not get tired or bored at all narrating our story to anyone. Infact every new person I meet, I try to grab this opportunity to talk about us – You and I!   And I surprise myself when I realise that I still remember it all so well. Every single detail of 4 years of friendship, 4 years of long-distance relationship, and 7 years of being married. Well, can’t really say that about the last 7 years :P, but the first 8 years are like embedded in my DNA. Pic clicked by Sudipto Roy I think our story is unique. It’s beautiful. Just 15 years old but so much has changed in this one and half-decade. Or not much?
